The Bath Farmers Market Store will launch on November 28, 2020
On December 5, 2020, the Bath Winter Farmers Market will move inside the Bath Freight Shed at 27 Commercial Street Bath Maine.
The market is complying with all State of Maine guidelines regarding COVID, which means only 17 shoppers will be allowed inside the Bath Freight shed at any given time.
Maine’s First Ship and Bath Farmers Market volunteers recently installed exhaust fans in order to draw additional fresh air through the Bath Freight Shed.
To provide a continued safe shopping experience and convenience the market has implemented and an online store which may be accessed from the market’s website.
The online shopping experience is similar to shopping at the farmers market in-person. Products may be viewed by supplier or in alphabetical order, items and quantities are selected and the shopping cart fills up. At check-out each vendor is paid separately, just like at in-person farmers market.
Each vendor may choose to accept credit cards, checks and/or SNAP. Credit cards will be processed online. Checks and SNAP will be paid upon pick-up
Each vendor will set the time their orders must be received by for Saturday pick-up.
The market staff will assemble the orders from all of the vendors allowing the customer to come to the outdoor pick-up window and receive their bag of market goods without the need to enter the Bath Freight Shed.
The outdoor pick-up window will be open on Saturdays from 10am-12pm.
